This is a hands-on, client-facing role that blends showroom hospitality, order management, and brand support. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and grounded in a genuine enthusiasm for great design and exceptional customer care.

Job Description

About the Role

As the Client Experience Coordinator, you'll seek out and help guide clients through their experience with the Verellen collectionwhether they're visiting the showroom, reaching out with questions, or finalizing an order. You'll manage product leads, sales and logistics, as well as support marketing efforts, and help ensure that both the physical space and our digital presence reflect the tone and values of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support & Sales

  • Welcome and assist clients in the showroom and by phone
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes
  • Process sales orders and provide product details and samples
  • Maintain an approachable and professional point of contact throughout the client journey

Showroom & Inventory Management

  • Keep the showroom organized, clean, and visually aligned with the Verellen aesthetic
  • Manage in-stock inventory and borrowed samples
  • Coordinate product deliveries and ensure smooth order fulfillment

Marketing & Brand Presence

  • Support social media, website updates, and email outreach
  • Help coordinate events and promotions
  • Represent the boutique at industry functions when needed

Designer & Trade Engagement

  • Seek and Build relationships with local designers and trade professionals
  • Enhance existing client engagement and satisfaction
  • Assist the BMID Design Team with Verellen product support

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or client support role, bespoke interior furnishings a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing logistics and handling client details with care
  • Reliable, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • An appreciation for design, craftsmanship, and immaculate presentation

Additional Requirements:

  • Full-time, in-person (40 hours/week)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for off-site appointment
