Operations: Approximately 50% of assignments are drop-and-hook. Home time is scheduled every two weeks for two days; weekend accommodation is attempted when possible but not guaranteed.
Trainee program: Trainee pay is $650 per week. Training typically includes about 250–300 hours of driving, including over-the-road time, before moving to solo driving at the starting rate of $0.55 per mile.
Pet and rider policy: Pets and riders allowed after successful completion of training; not permitted during training.

Minimum qualifications and safety standards: Minimum age: 21.
Valid Class A CDL required.
No DOT-preventable accidents with damages over $1,750 in the last 2 years.
No more than two preventable incidents in the past 2 years with damages under $1,750.
No DOT-preventable accidents within the past 5 years (any such accident will disqualify).
No major accidents resulting in costs or claims exceeding $2,500.
Must not have been terminated from prior employment for safety-related reasons.
No DUI in a commercial vehicle within the last 5 years and no failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol test.
