Key Responsibilities: Transportation & Logistics: Ensure smooth, on-time delivery processes. Secure transportation and delivery of various cargo types, focusing on hazardous materials. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations (DOT, OSHA, industry-specific standards). Enforce best practices for handling and transporting specialty chemicals. Lead efforts within the operations to maintain DOT and safety compliance. Equipment Managements: Oversee equipment operation, ensuring proper inspections before, during, and after trips. Ensure operators meet necessary qualifications and safety standards. Qualifications and Requirements: License/Endorsements: Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements. TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card. Experience: 2 years of recent experience driving a tractor-trailer, chemical tanker, and or . Ability to operate a 10-speed manual transmission. Age & Health Requirements: At least 23 years old. Must pass a DOT Physical. Driving Record: No MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) violations in the past 3 years. No major accidents No DUI/DWI offenses WORK SCHEDULE: 70 HOUR PER WEEK OR AS CLOSE TO THAT AS POSSIBLE WITH A 34 HOUR RESTART On call based on load availabilities Location: Vehicles will be Day cabs. Candidates must live within 25-mile radius of Midland, TX and commute to our yard for pick-up of day cab in Midland, TX
