Key Responsibilities-
Manage contract administration, project accounting, and forecasting.-
Oversee field operations, including schedules, deliveries, and subcontractor coordination.-
Ensure all contract documents and submittals are accurate and timely.-
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.-
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, and suppliers.-
Lead project engineers and field staff to ensure project milestones and goals are met.-
Monitor and control project budgets and profitability metrics.-
Drive project closeout and ensure client satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities-
Maintain accurate documentation, correspondence, permits, and invoicing.-
Reconcile discrepancies with vendors and subcontractors.-
Track billings, work completion, and data accuracy in company systems.-
Coordinate inspections and permit requirements across jurisdictions.-
Manage multiple projects with attention to detail, time sensitivity, and organizational excellence.
Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).-
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in utility or earthwork construction.-
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.-
Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, and HCSS HeavyBid.-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-production environment.-
Willingness to travel for projects and work night shifts as needed.

Schedule-
Full-time, Monday to Friday-
Night shifts or flexible hours may be required depending on project scope and deadlines.
