We are currently hiring a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our Full-Service Partnership (FSP) program. You’ll work with youth ages 6–21 and their families in a low-turnover, team-based environment that prioritizes trauma-informed care, collaboration, and evidence-based treatment models.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $85,000–$110,000/year (DOE)
$5,000 retention bonus after one year of service
16 days of paid time off in the first year , with increases over time

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Narrative, Structural, etc.)
Maintain a manageable caseload of 15 clients
Lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
Coordinate care with schools, probation officers, child welfare, and other stakeholders
Support families in accessing community resources and enhancing natural supports
Deliver culturally responsive services in both clinic and community settings
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement efforts
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Registered or licensed with the California BBS (AMFT, APCC, ACSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
Bilingual in Spanish required
1–2 years of experience providing mental health services in school or community-based settings
Passion for working with underserved youth and families
Familiarity with trauma-informed and strength-based care models
