About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff (COS) to serve as the CEO's key partner in executing the company's strategic vision. The COS will be the operational owner of the company's annual goals and key initiatives, ensuring that strategic priorities are well-defined, communicated, and tracked across the organization. This role is pivotal in driving the executive team's initiatives, maintaining accountability, and allowing the CEO to focus on high-value work. The ideal candidate will be fast-paced, assertive, and adept at managing up, down, and across the organization. Responsibilities include running the executive rhythm, being the CEO's proxy in meetings, driving communication, and enforcing accountability.

Candidates for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred, and at least 5 years' of professional experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a related field. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required, with experience in Notion, Salesforce, and Metabase being a plus. The role demands strong business acumen, excellent judgment, and a high standard for clarity and follow-through. The successful candidate will be comfortable owning multiple workstreams in a high-accountability environment and must be trusted to handle highly confidential information with integrity. While prior Chief of Staff experience is not mandatory, it is considered a nice-to-have.
