The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and directing the business strategy to support long-term growth vision and objectives. This includes driving market expansion, revenue enhancement, and service diversification to ensure strong brand positioning and an outstanding customer experience. The CEO will also oversee the operational and financial performance of all business units, control profitability, and lead digital transformation and sustainability initiatives. Building a strong leadership team, enhancing human resource capabilities, and fostering a collaborative work culture are also key aspects of the role.

Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of senior executive experience, with a proven track record in leading diverse business portfolios, particularly in commercial property development and hospitality.
