Job Description:

• Determine the needs of all assigned residents in a timely manner.
• Provide resides with excellent customer service, compassion, and care.
• Assists residents with grooming, bathing, dressing, showering, toileting and other self care tasks.
• Communicate with a multidisciplinary team that consists of including, however not limited to, nurses, therapists, and resident family members.
• Provide a safe environment for residents to achieve their optimal well-being.
• Perform as an excellent team player.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to push, pull objects and lift/carry up to 20 lbs. unassisted on a frequent basis and up to 50 pounds or more with assistance on occasion.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, the general public, and other staff members.

Available Schedules: Part Time, Full Time, and Per Diem shifts available ** All Full Time staff are expected to work every other weekend**
