About the Role: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a critical role in providing compassionate care to residents in our long-term care facility. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering resident-centered nursing care and assisting with daily living activities. Providing physical and emotional support as outlined in individualized care plans. Monitoring and documenting residents' health status and responding to their needs. Assisting with meals, snacks, and maintaining a positive dining experience. Engaging residents in wellness and recreational activities. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be at least 16 years old. Prior experience in long-term care is a plus. State-Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required or must be obtained within four months of starting.
