Responsibilities for CNAs: Provide basic resident care under direction of nursing staff Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving residents, and/or changing linens Provide health and supportive services to ensure all resident needs are met Qualifications for CNAs: A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a CNA in the state of New Jersey Ability to work with multiple patients at once Subacute experience strongly preferred Benefits for full time CNAs: 401(k) retirement with match Same Day Pay Available Annual tuition reimbursement +$2,500 Annual employee referral bonus +$1000 Health, vision, and dental benefits Company sponsored life insurance Employee engagement and culture committee Employee assistance program (EAP) resources
