• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including hygiene, feeding, and mobility

• Conduct and document patient rounds, report any condition changes to nursing staff

• Collect specimens for diagnostic testing

• Assist with patient transfers, medical appointments, and documentation

• Accurately complete patient care records and logbook entries

• Maintain and clean medical equipment, check inventory, and order supplies as needed

• Active California CNA license

• Minimum of one (1) year of recent, full-time CNA experience

• Must be able to pass a background check and meet facility compliance standards
