We are currently seeking passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality daily nursing care and support to our residents, following their individualized care plans and under the guidance of nursing supervisors. Your role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Deliver basic care and assistance with daily activities to residents. Accurately document all activities and observations in residents' records. Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff. Requirements: Must possess a valid CT C.N.A certification. Effective communication skills in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
