Position Summary: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA to join our team for part-time weekend shifts from 7 am to 3 pm. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our residents, helping them lead fulfilling lives. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and document vital signs to ensure residents' health and safety. Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to residents. Help residents with mobility and transfers in a safe manner. Collaborate with the nursing team to create and follow personalized care plans. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
