Position Overview: As a CNA, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and safety needs are met under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. Key responsibilities include: Assisting residents with daily living activities while maintaining their dignity. Accurately documenting patient information, including vital signs and personal belongings. Responding promptly to call lights and resident requests. Monitoring residents and performing rounds as assigned. Using proper techniques to reposition and transfer residents as needed. Maintaining a well-stocked and organized care environment. Participating in ongoing education to enhance your nursing skills. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification. CPR certification or willingness to obtain within six months. Experience in long-term care is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff. Ability to manage time effectively and meet productivity goals. Physical capability to handle lifting and transferring duties while using safe practices. Attention to detail and confidentiality when handling patient information.
