Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to patients in their home setting.
- Consistent utilization of safety measures to ensure patient well-being.
- Maintain communication with your supervisor regarding any changes in a patient's condition.
- Accurate documentation of services provided.
- Observe patients for any changes in their condition or behavior and report them promptly to your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Active CNA license is required.
- Experience performing the following care tasks:
- Feeding tube care (G tube or PEG tube)
- Bi-PAP
- Cough Assist
- Suction Machine
- Hoyer Lift
- High school diploma or equivalent is also preferred.
- Good physical health to ensure safe performance of job duties.
- Ability to safely handle body fluids and hazardous waste products.
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with both patients and staff.
- The ability to meet all standard personnel qualifications.
