Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily activities such as getting in and out of bed. Help with personal and oral hygiene. Reposition immobile patients to ensure comfort and prevent bedsores. Monitor and assist with food, water, and medication intake. Take and report vital statistics. Observe and report any changes in patient behavior or health. Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
