Certified Medical Assistant

Ampla Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support providers and ensure smooth, high-quality patient care in a clinic setting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet and room patients; take vital signs and document in EHR
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and care plans
• Administer medications and immunizations per protocol
• Collect and process lab specimens
• Manage referrals, follow-ups, and patient education
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow infection control guidelines
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and quality improvement activities

Requirements include:

• Medical Assistant Certification required
• Completion of an accredited MA training program
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred
