Position: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Service Areas: Middlesex, Union, and Somerset Counties
Company: Grace Healthcare Services
Starting Rate: $20 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem

What You'll Do

As a CHHA, your presence matters every day. You'll be trusted to provide:

• Personal Care - Bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility support

• Meal Preparation - Nutritious, simple meals tailored to individual needs

• Home Safety & Comfort - Keeping the patient's space clean, safe, and supportive

• Accurate Documentation - Recording care activity using CellTrak

• Team Partnership - Communicating patient condition updates to RN Case Managers

What We're Looking For

• Valid NJ CHHA license in good standing

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned counties
