Compensation Package: Pay Rate: $0.50 - $0.75 per mile, depending on experience. Performance Bonus: $0.10 per mile, issued weekly. Average Weekly Miles: Around 2,500 miles. Home time is either weekly or bi-weekly with a 34-48 hour reset; for every 5-6 days worked, you earn 1 day back at home. Route & Operations: Equipment: Operate modern Cascadia and Peterbilt trucks (2022-2025 models), which are fully equipped and automatic. Freight Handling: Mainly dry van with no-touch freight, featuring 70% drop and hook operations.
