CDL-A New Driver -- Weekly Home Time

Recent CDL-A graduates will operate a dedicated dry van lane with regular weekly home time, suited for newer drivers who have completed initial training and prefer steady, no-touch freight assignments.
Compensation: Estimated annual pay is $70,000 to $85,000 USD.
Schedule and training:
Home weekly schedule.
4–6 weeks of on-road mentorship with a trainer.
Paid training provided during the mentorship period.
Equipment and freight:
Late-model Cascadia tractors with automatic transmissions.
Dry van trailers; freight assignments are 100% no-touch.
Primary responsibilities:
Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Transport dry van freight on assigned dedicated routes, adhering to schedules and delivery instructions.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.
Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation.
Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and at customer sites.
Minimum qualifications:
Valid CDL-A license.
Prefer completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months or an equivalent program.
Minimum age of 21 years.
Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening.
Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
