Join our team as an Intermodal Truck Driver! Average pay: $1,130-$1,390 weekly Home time: Daily Experience: Minimum of 12 months of CDL driving experience required Job Overview: Safely transport freight containers using our company-owned chassis. Enjoy 90% no-touch freight, with 50% being drop-and-hook. Drive one of Schneider's fleet of over 150 day cabs without being assigned a specific truck. Operate within railyards and surrounding areas with various routes. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly and load pay structure. Longevity bonus: Earn 3% of your annual gross pay for every year you stay with us. Paid orientation to help you get started. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 holidays each year. Qualifications: Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Night driving is required for this position. Tanker and HazMat endorsements are highly preferred. Must live within 50 miles of Chicago, IL. At least 12 months of Class A driving experience is necessary.
