Job Summary: Sysco is seeking reliable CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently. Drivers will unload and deliver various products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and more) to customer locations on established routes. Building relationships with customers is key, as our drivers use their positive attitudes to become familiar with their operations and meet their needs. Minimum Requirements: At least 21 years of age. Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Touch freight experience preferred, with the capability to lift and move products weighing 40-60 lbs., and up to 100 lbs. repeatedly. Willingness to work overtime, including occasional weekends and holidays as required. Preferred Requirements: 1 year of customer delivery experience. 6 months of experience with hand carts or hand trucks. 6 months of relevant food and beverage experience. 2 years of steady work history.
