Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and retail services at the 41,297-seat Comerica Park, home of the MLB's Detroit Tigers. Delaware North has been a partner of the Tigers since 1930. Our chefs create a unique dining experience at the exclusive Tiger Club that offers a full view of the field. An extensive menu with an emphasis on Detroit-inspired fare is created for every game.

Responsibilities Set up tables following banquet event orders Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner; replenish buffet line food as needed Monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures Break down the event according to company procedures Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Excellent guest service skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment The ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly No high school diploma or GED required Physical Requirements Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of the shift Ability to lift 35 pounds
