The Casino Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction in our casino environment. Responsibilities: Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner, providing excellent service in accordance with Hyatt standards. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to order, following recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking products and supplies. Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all state and local regulations. Handle cash and process transactions accurately. Monitor guest behavior and casino environment to maintain a safe atmosphere. Collaborate with casino floor staff to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications: Previous bartending experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume or casino environment. Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and spirits. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds. Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid alcohol server certification (or ability to obtain). Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
