Description
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with every guest that comes to or passes by the restaurant and food truck area
- Determine customer needs to ensure all guests purchase the correct items
- Manage the Point of Sales system
- Open and close cash register as needed
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar and food inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
- Able to communicate clearly, calmly and effectively with guests
- Able to stand for long periods of time of excess of 4-6 hours without sitting
- Ability to lift or move 25 lbs
- Must enjoy working with the public and have strong people skills and etiquette
- Must have a strong work ethic and able to help lead F&B staff by example
- Must have basic computer and cash handling skills
- Ability to be trained on and become proficient in Point of Sales System
- Proven working experience as a bartender preferred
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar and restaurant organized, stocked and clean
Wage: Pay starts $18.50/hr; Dependent On Experience; Eligible for Tips and an End of Season Bonus

Description
Performs all prep and line cooking duties. Responsible for cleaning, sanitation of all cooking equipment and storage areas. Be accommodating to the needs or your guests and put out exceptional food.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for proper storage and rotation of all food items on front line.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen work areas.
- Must follow opening and closing procedures as outlined.
- Responsible for following cleaning schedules and cleanliness of equipment.
- Responsible for quality production of all a la carte items.
- Be able to handle special requests and be creative resulting in complete guest satisfaction.
- We are a small team. Must be willing to jump in and help anywhere that is needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1 year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and ability to perform all prep and line cooking duties.
