Ongoing Learning & Certifications – Free courses and certification to enhance your career Additional benefits available depending on employment status As a Home Health Aide / Caregiver, here ’ s a big-picture view of what you ’ ll do: Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Provide social interaction, activities, and emotional support to our clients.
Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
Ensure a safe environment with unobstructed pathways.
Monitor and report any changes in the client's health to the Client Care Team.
Follow care plans provided by the Client Care Team and document all provided care accurately.
Maintain a professional and compassionate attitude towards clients, families, and coworkers. A few must-haves for Home Health Aides / Caregivers: High school diploma (or equivalent) and must be 18 years of age
Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
Reliable transportation (valid PA driver’s license & auto insurance)
Valid two-step PPD or a Titer
Smartphone with the capability to download and use a time clock app
