Job Role: Human Resources Specialist About the Position This role entails enlisting in the U.S. Army or Army Reserve. As a Human Resources Specialist, you'll support fellow Soldiers in their Army careers by providing information on promotions and training opportunities. You will ensure support is provided to commanders across all branches. You'll be trained in document preparation, drafting requests, and overseeing official documentation such as ID cards and tags. Additionally, you'll learn computer programs that keep personnel data up-to-date. The skills gained from this role align with Business Administration, Performance Management, and Employee Relations. Furthermore, you could earn 13 nationally recognized certifications.
