Following all state and company rules

What You Bring to the Table: A High School Diploma or GED

1+ year of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience

A love for cannabis and a desire to learn more every day

A team player mindset, you've got your coworkers' backs

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency

The ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed

Bonus Skills (aka "Nice to Haves"): Familiar with Dutchie POS or other cannabis software and METRC

Knowledge of Michigan cannabis regulations

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks while staying upbeat
