Job Duties

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Operate the filler, sbo, capper, Filtec, warmer, blender and associated equipment as instructed in SOP, including performing all required quality checks.
2. Track and record equipment and Line downtime information
3. Perform Line Checks, which may include but are not limited to:
4. Thermal system set point
5. Fill weights
6. Bottle temps at filling and after cooling
7. Pull up torques and tamper band check
8. Rinser set point
9. Start up, flavor change, and extensive downtime brix checks
10. Start up and flavor change sensory
11. CIP concentrations
12. Bottle code accuracy
13. Challenge Filtec bottle rejection system
14. Closure and Bottle data entry in Infinity
15. Closure and Bottle routine inspections
16. Perform cap application checks
17. Perform Operators related PMs on equipment
18. Maintain 100% compliance with HACCP and AIB standards.
19. Trouble-shoot and complete minor adjustments on equipment.
20. Review and verify Filler Chart is working by performing check at required frequency
21. Perform minor machine maintenance activities as required.
22. Perform Sanitation of the filler and associated equipment according to sanitation schedule.
23. Enter QA checks and Sanitation records in IQS or similar system
24. Demonstrate ownership of the job and add to the success of the team
25. Participate on a Natural Work Team
26. Support TPM activities through participation on TPM team and completing required paperwork (CIL, CL, etc.)
