You'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support over the phone. What You'll Do

* Answer 75-125 inbound calls daily with professionalism and care * Assist members with online/mobile banking, account inquiries, transactions, fraud concerns, and more * Navigate multiple systems (up to 4 programs/screens) efficiently * Conduct 30+ direct member discussions monthly and document interactions * Review daily performance metrics and participate in call reviews What You'll Need
