Description Zanesville B-Wear is hiring!

We are looking for a part-time Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service in our Zanesville store.

This position will be approx. 20-28 hours per week.

Candidates with strong communication skills and a positive attitude will stand out.

We strive to make customers feel welcome in our store and ensure that customers leave satisfied and happy with their purchases.

Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked and neatly organized Manage returns of merchandise Accurate use of cash register and money handling Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Skills/Requirements Experience in a retail setting (preferred but will train) Basic math skills Excellent communication skills Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Ability to stay on task and work in a fast paced environment Problem solving Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends Weekend availability is a must
