ABOUT THE POSITION
This position requires no prior experience in the insurance industry but is highly competitive with several rounds of interviews. If you are chosen for the opportunity, we provide training on insurance products and sales. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and get licensed, and a desire to succeed while having fun! Compensation includes commission on top of base pay.

This position will be hybrid optional after 6 months of continuous work.

CAREER PATH 1 - AGENT TEAM MEMBER

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Business Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member with J.C. Fleming - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency. Grow with an agency with in-house promotional opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain business insurance customer relationships.
  • Assess business insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals to business customers.
  • Assist customers with policy renewals and claims.
CAREER PATH 2 - AGENT ASPIRANT

As an Agent Aspirant with J.C. Fleming State Farm, affiliated with State Farm Insurance, you will learn how to build and operate your own business while marketing a broad range of financial products that manage everyday risks. This includes insurance and investment products. You will develop a consultative sales approach to educate customers on their financial options, helping them secure their financial futures. Your analytical skills and business mindset will make you a valuable resource to customers and a key contributor to a thriving agency.

You will work directly under the guidance of an experienced State Farm agent for approximately two years. After this period, and subject to meeting State Farm corporates requirements, you will have the opportunity to open and operate your own State Farm agency.
