What You'll Do:

Lead marketing efforts to meet personal and company sales goals.
Prepare and manage sales budgets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales plans in collaboration with the Business Development Director.
Engage current and prospective clients, submitting proposals for Redi's full range of products and services.
Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within budgeted parameters.
Lead, hire, and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives.
Review and negotiate contracts and agreements above designated thresholds.
Uphold a strong, positive company image among clients, partners, and the public.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, codes, and regulations.
Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related tools effectively.

What You Bring:

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably in a related industry.
Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Salary: $90,000+ DOE
