• Lead marketing efforts to meet personal and company sales goals.

• Prepare and manage sales budgets.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.

• Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales plans in collaboration with the Business Development Director.

• Engage current and prospective clients, submitting proposals for Redi's full range of products and services.

• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within budgeted parameters.

• Lead, hire, and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives.

• Review and negotiate contracts and agreements above designated thresholds.

• Uphold a strong, positive company image among clients, partners, and the public.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, codes, and regulations.

• Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related tools effectively.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably in a related industry.

• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Starting Salary: $90,000+ DOE
