Business Analyst I, Retail Business Services (RBS) - Brand Experience Are you passionate about solving business challenges on a global scale? Retail Business Services - BX team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The role involves enabling insights that help our selling partners elevate their businesses. The candidate will understand and implement new, repeatable processes to enhance our strategic insights, partnering with stakeholders to identify and address business challenges. They will deliver and present solutions by integrating artifacts in formats that facilitate immediate business decision-making. This role requires excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen. The candidate should value our internal and external customers and work backwards from their needs to create structured processes for global expansion and integration of new countries or acquisitions. Building trust with operations and business leaders to drive key decisions is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with large datasets using various tools and technologies to extract and transform data
- Transforming data into actionable insights accessible to stakeholders worldwide
- Supporting ideas with data, creating dashboards, visualizations, and presenting data effectively
- Identifying root causes, trends, and patterns impacting the business
- Collaborating with product owners to develop reports that answer key business questions
- Managing competing priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced, agile environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS At least 1 year of experience with complex Excel VBA macros
Experience creating complex SQL queries and understanding ETL DW concepts
Knowledge of Python, VBA, Macros, Selenium scripts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Knowledge of NLP and text processing
