Manager, Brand & Retail Marketing (Premium Accounts)

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in San Francisco, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand and premium retail accounts.
Summary
This role is responsible for leading brand marketing strategy for U.S. premium retail accounts, spanning awareness, consideration, and conversion initiatives. The position develops and executes integrated programs at scale to drive growth across all business segments, ensuring strong brand expression and effective marketing partnerships.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a background in channel or wholesale marketing preferred
Passion for brand and retail marketing with a strong foundation in 360° integrated marketing strategy
Proficient in managing large-scale campaigns and marketing budgets, with strong program management and execution skills
Familiar with wholesale environments and cross-functional go-to-market processes
Skilled in collaborating with internal teams (sales, merchandising, marketing) and external account partners
Able to work independently while managing multiple programs simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Team-oriented, solution-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Description
In this role, you will lead large-scale, custom marketing programs designed to drive equity and sales growth across premium retail accounts. You’ll partner with sales, merchandising, and account marketing teams to plan and execute compelling programs, from digital storytelling to in-store activations. This includes managing cross-channel marketing tactics such as online placements, email, social media, events, and on-floor creative elements.
You will also manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar marketing budget, oversee creative deliverables in partnership with internal content teams, and analyze program performance to share insights and learnings. A key part of this role is serving as the primary point of contact with account marketing teams and representing the brand at key meetings, market weeks, and planning sessions.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Background in integrated marketing, channel/wholesale marketing, or brand strategy
Experience managing budgets of $1M+ and collaborating with senior stakeholders

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $53.00 – $55.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) upon meeting certain length-of-service and hours requirements.
