Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Provide professional, friendly, and approachable service to all customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Frontline Banking Activities: Assist clients with account-related transactions, offer product or service recommendations, and help individuals navigate branch offerings.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns by identifying solutions and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Computer Operations: Use internal banking systems and software to process transactions, update customer information, and generate reports.
- Basic Math Skills: Ensure accurate counting and reconciliation of cash to maintain precise accounting records daily.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles; retail or banking experience preferred.
- Strong cash-handling skills and attention to detail to minimize discrepancies.
- Competency in basic mathematics for transaction accuracy.
- Ability to work productively on the frontlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Solid computer knowledge and familiarity with banking software.
