Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontline Banking Activities: Assist clients with account-related transactions, offer product or service recommendations, and help individuals navigate branch offerings.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns by identifying solutions and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Computer Operations: Use internal banking systems and software to process transactions, update customer information, and generate reports.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ensure accurate counting and reconciliation of cash to maintain precise accounting records daily.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles; retail or banking experience preferred.
  • Strong cash-handling skills and attention to detail to minimize discrepancies.
  • Competency in basic mathematics for transaction accuracy.
  • Ability to work productively on the frontlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Solid computer knowledge and familiarity with banking software.
