The Bistro is a fast casual restaurant in our hotel that requires an outgoing, positive individual that has a strong knowledge in customer service, cash handling, food handling & beverage Hours 4:30 pm-10:30 pm (weekend shifts are necessary). Pay: 14.25 / hour plus tips skills. Candidates must be fast learners, can work on their own & have a passion for delivering excellent service. The ideal Bistro Servers can work morning shifts (6am-11am) Key Responsibilities include: * Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. * Stand, walk and move around during entire shift. * Communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice. * Take orders and deliver food & beverage to guests. * Collect payment and make change. * Maintaining a clean and well-organized work area. * Restocking perishable and non-perishable items. * Filling out necessary paperwork at the end of each shift. * Fulfill all tasks and duties assigned by management.
