Job Overview As a Mobile Associate, you play a key role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life. Job Responsibilities : Engage proactively with diverse customers in a bustling retail environment, using digital tools to effectively communicate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions. Utilize your sales skills to identify customer needs and recommend tailored wireless solutions, enhancing their understanding of T-Mobile products and the app for self-service. Consistently complete training on all T-Mobile offerings to remain Customer Ready. Collaborate with nearby store locations to support comprehensive customer onboarding. Demonstrate a genuine passion for customer relations by connecting personally, building trust, and exceeding customer expectations, while actively driving sales. Establish strong relationships with team leaders and members to enhance the customer experience through effective account management. Education and Work Experience : High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Customer Satisfaction: A passionate advocate for customer experiences who effectively balances customer needs and performance goals. Team Player: A collaborative spirit willing to learn and support peers while serving customers with excellence. Retail Sales: A competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Licenses and Certifications : Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Hourly Base Pay : $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, you will receive on-the-job training and hourly training pay. Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to promote to the Mobile Expert role and be eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year based on performance. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, including base pay and incentives.
