Your Responsibilities Include: Conduct culturally aware, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, ensuring a welcoming experience for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Provide customized outpatient therapy to individuals and families, focusing on their unique needs and helping them navigate their path to recovery and resilience. Create and implement comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans that empower clients in managing their mental health. Actively engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance overall client care. Ensure timely billing documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, adhering to the highest professional standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach to mental health care. Qualifications We Seek: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline. Provisional license, as required by state regulations. Educational qualifications that lead to professional licensing. A genuine passion for mental health and a commitment to quality care. A dedication to continuous professional development in mental health, including free supervision and educational opportunities. An eagerness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team focused on enhancing care for clients. A strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
