Bilingual Roofing Customer Services Representative and Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Answer customer questions about roofing products, services, and project timelines in both English and Spanish.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Inside Sales & Business Development:
Proactively identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling products and services to customers.
Generate and follow up on sales leads from various sources, including customer inquiries and referrals.
Create and deliver accurate and timely quotes and estimates for roofing projects.
Work to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Canvassing Support
Order & Project Management:
Process sales orders, manage payment collection, and apply payments to customer accounts.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to schedule customer pickups and deliveries.
Communicate with project managers and field crews to ensure seamless project execution and customer communication.
Maintain and update customer information and sales activities within a CRM or other company software.
Administrative & Other Duties:
Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports and filing documentation.
Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Assist the outside sales team with administrative tasks, including price quotes and customer follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Fluency: Must be fully proficient in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales, preferably within the roofing, construction, or building supply industry.
Knowledge: A basic understanding of roofing materials, terminology, and project management principles is preferred.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and experience with CRM software.
