Key Responsibilities: Sales Excellence: Surpass monthly sales targets while delivering high-quality service that aligns with company benchmarks. Product Promotion: Drive the sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories guided by management. Mentorship: Serve as a role model, supporting new hires and fellow Retail Sales Consultants. Administrative Accuracy: Follow company guidelines for paperwork and procedures meticulously; ensure accuracy in all financial transactions. Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, complete related opening/closing checklists, and communicate inventory issues promptly. Essential Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. Availability to work a minimum of 4 days and 30 hours per week. Able to stand for extended periods. Must have reliable transportation for work and training at various locations.
