As a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer finds the right Sherwin-Williams product to meet their needs. You will engage with both wholesale and retail clients, answering questions, offering recommendations, and swiftly resolving any concerns to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include staying informed about product features and maintaining the store's visual and quality standards while contributing to our sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent sales service and ensure high customer satisfaction. Assist customers via phone and in person by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products. Build trust and long-lasting relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions following company policies. Meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieve and pull products as needed from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Keep shelves stocked and displays set up attractively. Assist in cleaning store equipment and unloading delivery trucks. Deliver products as needed. Keep assigned areas well-stocked and presentable. Stay knowledgeable about available products and discuss options with customers. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Propose innovative ideas to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legal authorization to work without the need for employment sponsorship. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Possession of a valid and unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in a retail, delivery, or customer service role. Experience in selling paint and related products. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
