Job Overview As a Retail Sales Associate specializing in Mobile Solutions, you will play a crucial role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in our partnered retail locations. Your primary focus will be engaging with customers in a dynamic, high-traffic environment. You will have the opportunity to educate customers about our innovative products and services while fostering meaningful relationships. Job Responsibilities: Proactively engage with various customers in a bustling retail environment. Utilize digital tools to effectively communicate, educate, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions. Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling approaches to enhance their experience. Complete comprehensive training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and related products. Be customer-ready at all times by staying updated on promotions and internal resources. Perform store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining the security of kiosk assets. Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales and build new relationships. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required). 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a retail environment. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: A passion for customer satisfaction and the ability to connect on a personal level with each customer. Ability to balance exceptional customer experiences while achieving performance goals. Strong competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: Hourly base pay starts at $17.50, with an additional $5.00 per hour for training. After completing on-the-job training, you have the potential to promote to the Mobile Expert role with an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, including base pay and incentives. Plus, you will be eligible for annual stock grants!
