Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail background preferred. Willing to collaborate and learn from peers and leaders to enhance the customer experience. Effective at balancing customer needs with performance goals. Licenses and Certifications: At least 18 years old Legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation: Hourly Base Pay of $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After training, you will have the opportunity for a promotion to Mobile Expert with potential annual incentives of $18,000. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed $20/hour including base pay and incentives.
