CJ Logistics seeks a Bilingual (Korean/English) General Manager II to drive our new Logistics Center. We’re looking for a visionary, hands-on leader to shape the future of our operations. Salary Range: $148,000 – $175,000/year Bonus: Eligible for Annual Performance Bonus Schedule: 24/7 operation requiring flexibility across all shifts. Most responsibilities are during standard hours, but adaptability is essential to support the entire operation as needed. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead with vision, providing clear direction and fostering engagement at all levels. Own the P&L, managing budgets and driving growth and efficiency. Use data and KPIs to improve safety, quality, productivity, and customer service. Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching and recognition. Champion safety by creating a proactive culture. Enhance the customer experience by anticipating needs and resolving issues. Implement scalable processes and pursue operational excellence. Partner with HR to recruit top talent and foster a positive workplace culture. Perform other duties as required within your expertise. What You Bring: BA in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field Bilingual (Korean/English) required 8+ years in high-volume logistics/distribution 5+ years managing salaried and hourly teams Proven P&L management success Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, safety, labor management, and process optimization Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with WMS systems; RF, Blue Yonder, Korber, and AS/400 are a plus Track record in employee relations, coaching, and development Experience in food-grade or healthcare logistics is a bonus Leadership style: visible, accessible, proactive.
