Overview As a Bilingual General Manager, you will steer the success of your store by inspiring your team to excel and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Coach and develop all store Team Members to foster new business opportunities and ensure store profitability through effective training on systems, policies, compliance, account management, and performance reporting. Monitor overall store performance to meet or exceed Company standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); analyze performance reports and offer guidance to improve results. Inspire your team to surpass sales goals by promoting loan or pawn products, identifying local marketing strategies, creating business partnerships, securing referrals, and engaging in community events. Ensure proper office security protocols are followed, including cash management, loss prevention, and accurate documentation of cash flows and inventory. Maintain compliance with Company policies and local, state, and federal regulations within a positive work environment. Ensure that the store is visually appealing and aligned with Company values, including proper display of promotional materials. Utilize your personal vehicle for necessary Company business, including bank deposits, throughout your workday. Adapt to a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing multiple tasks while maintaining individual and team performance standards. Foster strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and Team Members. Commit to a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends, typically totaling at least 40 hours per week. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of two years of successful supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, or customer service industries. Proven operations experience in a leadership role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for daily use (mileage compensated). Proficiency with telecommunications, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software. Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama). Background check required. Must meet physical demands of the role, frequently including remaining stationary, moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Associate degree or higher. Experience in retail, sales, or the financial industry. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required in certain locations.
