Treasure Creek USA is a consumer electronics company makes, marketing and sale RCA TVs and other electronic products. We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in a fast-paced consumer electronics company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, operations, sales, and marketing, with a willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities. The role requires light travel and occasional after-hours work to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Provide high-level administrative support to CEO, managing calendars, appointments, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Accounting & Financial Support:
Assist in bookkeeping, managing budgets, expense reports, and financial records.
Work with the finance team on invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Special Projects & Skill Development:
Take on new responsibilities and explore additional skills as needed.
Lead or participate in company-wide projects that support growth and innovation.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in consumer electronics.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual English and Chinese
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, VBA is a big plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours when needed.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in multiple areas of the business

Work Hours and Benefits:
The is a full time position and requires to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday and sometimes may work remotely as needed. Light travel (less than 20%) domestically and internationally may be needed.
Company will provide annual salary range from $60k-65k. will also provide competitive benefit including health insurance, dental and vision, holiday leaves, PTO, 401k, etc.
