What You'll Do •Greet customers warmly and gather details about their service or warranty needs. •Schedule and track service/warranty appointments. •Clearly communicate between customers and technicians to ensure accurate, timely repairs. •Order parts with attention to quality, availability, and cost efficiency. •Provide repair estimates, explain warranty coverage and follow up with customers. •Collaborate with sales and collections departments to coordinate service needs. •Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism. •Support the Service Manager in overseeing daily operations. •Help maintain a clean, organized service area and positive customer experience from drop-off to

pick-up.

What You Bring • Bilingual Skills : Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written). • Customer Focus : Outgoing, friendly, and able to build trust quickly. • Time Management : Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment. • Teamwork : Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Automotive Knowledge : Understanding of car repair basics and prior service/warranty coordination experience, a plus. • Problem Solver : Calm under pressure, proactive, and forward-thinking. • Technical Skills : Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and service management software. • Valid Driver's License : Required.

Qualifications •2+ years of customer service experience (automotive preferred). •Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Experience handling phone calls, scheduling, and customer follow-up. •Proven ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
