Now hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Arlington, Texas! We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B environment that’s far more than just a call center. You’ll be the go-to for handling customer orders, bids, and account management via phone, email, and fax. You’ll support both inside and outside sales teams, prepare quotes, resolve order issues, and ensure smooth communication with warehouse staff and vendors. Expect to make outbound calls, manage backorders, and perform high-volume data entry—so speed and accuracy matter (7000 KPH and 40 WPM preferred).
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service background, preferably in plumbing or industrial fields
  • Bilingual English / Spanish
  • Experience with B2B account management and order processing
  • Sales Support and price negotiation skills
  • High-volume data entry proficiency
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or Oracle software (Huge plus!)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of Eclipse software preferred
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Minimum data entry speed of 7000 KPH
  • Plumbing industry knowledge or experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm
